Approver dissappears on approval

Hi,

On creation of a SC it goes to the relevant manager for approval, and indicates the correct manager before approval- but once the SC is approved the approval name disappears from Approvers >> Item Aproved By.

We are currently on SRM 5.0

Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi,

We are also having the same problem on SRM 5.0.

Will post what we find out as soon as something comes up.
