What is software component version?

Hi all,

I am new to XI, In intigration builder, I want to design a scenario. Here I am able to enter a name and namespace, however I am not getting how to create a new software component version and assign it to my scenario.

Pl help me, so that I can create a new software component version and assign it to my scenario.

Hi,

Have U Created the Software Component in SLD First ??

If Yes means, Go to Tools--Trensfer From Sysytem Landscape Directory--Import SWCV

Thanks for the reply. No I have not created any Software Component in SLD . Could someone pl tell me how to create software component. THn I can follow the process what rajesh has mentioned.
