SAP NetWeaver 90 day trial version installation issues

Hi,

When I am installing the below error came, can someone help me out on this below error:

An error occured during the installation of component J2EE Engine. To get more information press "View Log". You may now cancel the installation, retry the current action or ignore the error. Log files are written to C:\Program Files\sapinst.

PC: Windows Server 2003, 1Gig RAM, 80GB HD, +min. requirements

ERROR 2005-07-07 09:54:03

MUT-03011 Execution of the command "C:\j2sdk1.4.2_08/bin/jar.exe 'xvf' 'C:/J2EE_OSINDEP\SDM/SDMKIT.JAR'" finished with return code 1. Output:

I try comannd C:\j2sdk1.4.2_08/bin/jar.exe 'xvf' 'C:/J2EE_OSINDEP\SDM/SDMKIT.JAR manually(command prompt) and JAR.exe return error message :

I try to find new file sdmkit.jar but I can’t found any.

I also wanted download new copy of SAP NetWeaver 90 day trial version but installation files are not at the link https://www.sdn.sap.com/sdn/downloads.sdn?page=webas640_sp9_maxdb_download.htm.

Hy,

i´m new on this, i just did the course of sap netweaver but nobody can tell me what components i need to setup up to make my first mobile app get works.

i know something about SAP MI J2EE Server component and SAP MI ABAP Server Component.

i really apreciate any help, link, etc.

Hi Vladimir,

I have down loaded the sneak preview for 180 days , the two files come with an extension of rar both part1 and part2 and there does not seem to be a way I can use them.

As for the error you get, you can check the log files in C:Program Filessapinst as stated in the message.

If you have logged in SDN, you should be able to access the link from https://www.sdn.sap.com/sdn/downloadarea.sdn -> (in the right frame) SAP Evaluation Software -> Web AS -> the second download link.
