Punchout Error

Hii,

1.we have a new URL for punchout from one of the suppliers.I configured completely in the call structure. I am trying to shop from that supplier, but I am getting this error

Error: When I click that supplier from the shopping cart screen, it is opening up a new window which again contains the shopping cart screen, I am not able to punchout to the supplier's website.

Did I miss any configuration steps?Please guide me,how to solve this error.

2.When I click on the Internal catalog and go the Items screen. I see some tabs coming up in Germany.

We are on CCM 200_700 and SP8. Do we need to upgrade the support pack to solve this one?

Please guide me.

<u>Seems like some SAP OSS Note is missing in the system. See what all list of changes, SAP OSS notes applied recently in the SRM system as well (side-effect of some OSS Note).</u>

I have similiar problems with calling external catalog - could you explain me what you did at the call structure?
