Help for retransmit the SC

Hi,

I am new to SRM. I have accidentally deleted the error messages in the application monitor for my shopping carts. I need to retrieve back the message and complete my shopping carts.

Hi

Please elaborate your problem. How you deleted the messages (what steps you have done here )?

In BBP_PD transaction, Enable 'X' for "Check Document" to get list of errors associated here with the shopping cart number from Web (or GUID, incase you know that).

Please provide SRM system details and SRM scenario in next reply.

For re-submitting the SC , you can use the following Function module -

BBP_PD_SC_RESUBMIT

Hi Munavar,

You need to retrigger the shopping carts again in order to get the application monitor to pick them up again.

You can do this in the SAPGUI, under transaction SWUE.

Or alternatively go into the shopping cart again & make a change. e.g. internal text note
