Hi Gurus,
Can somebody explain about the Third Party Tools used in SAP in Implementation and Support? If possible the documentation about such tools.

Are there any tools specific for Support?
There are many tools available for support of Ticketing.
WEF ECC 6.00, SAP is promoting Solution Manager, which is also a tool which supports Ticketing & also make documentation simple for consultants.
