Use RSTXR3TR, give transport request and IMPORT the form from the source system and goto the destination system and export the form usnig same program.

Use SCC1 - suppose u want to copy from 100 to 200, give this transaction in 200.

give request number and check Including subtask ans click on start immediately.

Or u can use RSTXSCRP - Select FOrm radio button and give form name and Export and save it on desktop and by using same program ,import to the required cleent.
