Y- Axis Title in an SPC Chart

Is there any way to display a Y-axis title in an SPC chart? I have a chart where percent is used for the Y-axis and I'd like to have the word 'Percent' shown along the Y-axis.

There is no title for the y-axis, but the overall chart title could easily include the word 'percent'. Additionally, if you set the YAxisNumberFormat to 0.00 '%' you will get the percentage symbol for each of the numerical tick values as well.
