I have a question, Deployment considers the value in the initial column of the distribution demand planned key figure?

Yes, Deployment considers distribution demand (planned) in the past buckets for purposes of deployment. So back orders are not ignored.

The Demand element is the Distribution demand planned KF( based on your pull horizon) and your suply is the ATD Receipts KF( based on your push horizon).
