MTO - Sales Order Production Order link breakage

Hi Everybody,

Is there any way that I can break the link between the Sales order and the production order in MTO?

My requirement is to break the link b/w the SO and Prd Ord and re-create the link with another Prd Ord.

For Example S1, S2 sales orders have P1, P2 production linked with them. i.e S1 linked with P1 and S2 linked with P2. My requirement is to be able to break the link and recreate it so that S1 is linked to P2 and S2 is linked to P1

Any help would be greatly appreciated and points be certainly be awarded for helpful answers

No, you cannot do it.

you have to post Good receipt for P1 and P2 and then move the stock E from S1 to S2 and from S2 to S1 with movement 413 E (use tcode MB1B)

Also take care of the costs, since in MTO the cost collector is the sales order (I think this is the reason why you cannot break the link)
