Vendor replication to SUS

Hi experts

When a vendor is replicated from SRM to SUS and e-mail is sent to vendor cominicating that the vendor is a portal vendor and giving USER, PASSWORD and URL to creation of an user administration, the system must assign this user administartion to vendor.

My problem is: the e-mail is sent and when I use the sent URL to create a user adiministration, the user created is not assgned to vendor and if I use this new user and password to access SUS is possible to access dats fron all users and vendor not only for what the user was created.

Some idea?

Seems to be a bug (missing SAP Note) in the system.
