Hi,
I know it is possible to define new user statuses for a Support message SLFN by creating an own status profile.
Does anyone know if its possible that a Support message SLFN can have it's own user defined status when this message is send to SAP?

Hi Bas
You can use your own status profile without any issues. When messages are sent to SAP, it makes use of the Status field in the "SAP Attributes" tab & not the status definitions that is defined in the "Fast Entry" screen.
