Shopping cart approval gets logically deleted in 2nd approval inWS14500015

Hi

This is Arghadip. I was implementing WS14500015. For this I have implemented the relevant Badi. It is working for 1st level perfectly. but for 2nd and 3rd level for Multi Line approval the Workitem gets logically deleted when one approver approves for 1 line item and the Whole approval starts all over again. What i figured out the Event Restart is getting triggered whenever 2 nd level is approving and hence workitems are getting logically deleted.Can anyone tell me what is wrong. Is there anything wrong in my BADI or there is something in SRM. Please get back to me soon.Any help would be appreciable.

Did you solve your problem because even i am facing the same problem.

After i create a SC and try to reject the same it gets logically deleted.

Hello,

It may comes from your badi implementation. There is a kind of "bug"" or "strange behaviour" with this badi:

If an approval object has been approved, it cannot be used again in a further step. It will be logically deleted.

When implementing the badi, make sure that each step has a single approval object.

Our Implementation incorporates new approval object for each step. It works perfectly for 1 line item but for miltiple it gets logically deleted from level 2. Please help

I am in SRM 5.0 Version. I am using Item Based approval for shopping cart. The workitem for 2nd and 3rd level approval is getting Logically deleted as soon as an Approver approves a workitem for a a particular line item in 2nd and 3rd level. Please suggest some remedy.

Which SRM version are you using ? Are you using Item-based Approval ?

Mostly this problem is related to some SAP OSS note missing in the system.
