Key Figure Modification in Planning Area.

Hi all,

I would like to know how to add or remove a keyfigure from a Planning Area.

Kindly let me the know the path or Procedure for it..I will be testing in Development server ...

Hi Vishal,

Goto the transaction /SAPAPO/MSDP_ADMIN and select the planning area which is need to be changed. First deactivate it by deleting the time series and

say change by right clicking. Goto the key figure tab and remove it or add it according to ur requirement. Now again create the time series to activate it again.

Note:

1 .If it is an DP planning then you need to take the data back up to the cube before deletint the time series.

2. After altering the key figure make sure all ur macro's which has the keyfigure in it still uses the right one ( Since position of the key figure will be changed).

You need to take a back up of your planning area before you go ahead and add or delete keyfigures from the planning area.
