Solution Manager Support Package Release Notes?

Hello,

I'm looking for release notes for all support packages of the solution manager 4.0.

I would like to read, which changes in which support Package were made.

Could you help me?

If you are interested in what is contained in the respective support packages functional-wise, you may check this SAP Service Marketplace site:

Search for respective support package, such as "4.0 Support Package Stack 12" - which currently is the latest one:
