Delivery with out order reference

Dear Gurus

How can i create a delivery without order reference, if it is in the case of plant to plant stock transfer.

pls explain me the flow process.

delivery type LO-tcode vlon only-it can be used for free samples etc

Hi Annie,

You cannot create a delivery without order reference in case of STO using standard VLxxx transactions.

This is possible only if the sending or receiving storage locations are HU managed, and you use MM transactions for the stock transfer.

Hi Jyothi,

In case of STO,

You can create delivery for Stack transport Order by T.Code VL04 or VL10B.

The flow will be :

Supplying Plant Receiving Plant

1. Raise STO PO(ME21N) (UB)

2. VL04 Delivery (NL)<----

---

3. TO , PGI ,

4. Billing (VF01 ) ( F8)

5. Excise Invoice (J1IIN)

-

---

> 6. MIGO

(With excise details capture)

You can do plant to plant transfer only through MB1B or MIGO directly. It cannot be done in sales.

Also you can create delivery without reference to sales order in VL01N itself. I t hink the deliveyr document type in that case is LO.

Hi,

You can create the delivery without order reference from Vl01n only.Check in the initial screen this option is avialable.

In case of plant to plant stock transfer it will be MM route to be followed and not SD route.
