Return delivery error

Hi,

In areturn order type RE, when im trying to do the delivery the following msg comes up, "ERROR LOG --> No Deliver Relevant items in order, order type RE". what does this mean, i have chekced the incompletion log, the RE doc type is completed.

Plz help.

Hi,

First check the simple things. Perhaps the return delivery has already been done by someone else? You can check this in the document flow of the returns order.

Also check if the item category settings are right.

If not, then we can check further.

check the Item Category Determined in T.Code: VOV4.

Sales Document Type: RE

Item Category Group: say NORM

Item category Determined should be REN

Plesae check the configuration & make necessary modification.

the item cateogory is define dcorrectlt, re+norm =ren, but where shud i chekc for if the material is returnable or not, plz advice.

Dear ,

Check if there is tick in PO of that material ( Return Item )
