SapGui connection fails over citrix with client 10

Hello,

We have a citrix metaframe presentation server 4.0 farm running with three servers in load balancing.

All servers are runing windows 2003 server standard edition.

All servers are running the latest microsoft service packs and hotfixes.

The following citrix pack is also installed on all servers : pse400W2K3R03

We have our own portal from where the users can access our systems via sapgui over citrix.

The ica file is created with a script.

we include and logon ticket into the ica file so users can use single sign on.

This is working like a charm and we hardly had any problems with this kind of working.

Users have the client 9.230 installed.

And now the problem;

After installing citrix client 10 or client 10.1 every connection to our systems works fine meaning :

all published applications can be succesfully accessed and used by the users... except for

<b>ALL SAP connections fail.</b>

When the citrix connection starts, i can see that a citrix server is connected, i also recieve the security pop up ( allow access, ask me again...) but the sapgui is not visable or doesnt pop up, after a few seconds the connection drops.

No error is displayed.

After uninstalling client 10 and reinstalling 9.230 everything works fine.

I have removed this key :

MyComputer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSLicensing\Store\LICENSE00X (remove this key only !)

I resetted all security settings to low.

I monitored the client notebook with filemon and regmon but didn`t find a solution.

Anyone that have/had the same problem and know the solution or has an idea.

Anny help would be verry appreciated.

Can not believe that no one else has this problem.
