hi,
Hi,
NACE is used for Output Type, Condition Record, Procedures, and Access Sequence Configuration.
For example in NACE:
Choose application area as EF -> Click on Output Types pushbutton -> Check the Output Types and double click on Processing Routines option on the left pane of the window -> It will show you the transmission medium, program, and form.
You can maintain new entries here.
Similarly you would create condition records and access sequences.

Hello Desha,
Nace is a transaction which is used for custumisimg a script or smartform.
here we can define which script or smartforms will be called on the basis of selection (generally output type).
you can find more detailed information on SAP help other wise drop a mail to me.
Reward point if helpful.

Hi,
1. In simple words, it
is used for printing documents eg. purchase order, sales order etc.
2. eg.
For company1, there is purchase order A,
for company2, there is purchase order B,
for purchasing organisation 3, there is purchase order C.
Now, this type of MAPPING (which is totally dynamic and changeable)
cannot be HARDCODED in the standard sap program.
3. Hence, NACE,
provides this facility to MAP
as per users requirement.
ie. We can determine the OUTPUT using NACE.
Output means for eg. Printing of purchase order
Determine means = dynamically detecting which output (PO eg)
hence, it is also called OUTPUT DETERMINATION using NACE.

Hi desi,
dont get confused it is very simple,if u want to print the purchase order (for eg)the default purchase order given by sap will be printed ,but if u make some changes to default purchase order it has to be mapped in Nace so that nw if u give a print out the changed version comes out.
Hi,
NACE is the Tcode used to link the Application type, Output Types and its processing Routines like ( Driver programs and attached Script forms or Smartforms).
You should know the Application of a document first Like:
for PO it is EF, for sales Doc's it is V1, for Delivery docs it is V2, for billing Doc's it is V3 etc.
so first select the Application type (ex: EF) for PO and press OUtput types
then a list will come in that you should know the related output type for PO.
in this case it is NEU,
select that and click on the processing Routines button on the left side
it will display the Medium, Driver Program and the Script form or smartform related to that document..
reward if it helps..

Hi,
Check this out
NACE
You can track the form and the print program used for that form
NACE is used to create output type while creating the output type you will mention forms, and driver program.
that will be maintained in the table TNAPR.if you create the output type using NACE then it will be automatically visible in table NAST and TNAPR.
so check in NAST, TNAPR table

Goto Transaction NACE --> Select Application V1(Sales) --> Click on Output Types --> Select the output type as BA00 (as generally BA00 is the output type associated with Sales Order ) --> Double click on the Processing Routines folder on the left and it will display the Form name and the corresponding driver programs name.
