System should not allow to save the order until it is completed

Hi,

Is there any setting where system do not allow me to save my order until the order is completed?

I do not want to use user exit.I know there is some setting but slippe out of mind.

I have already set the incompletion procedure.

It is working fine but the system still allows me to save the order.

hi

Incompletion procedure will only give you the warning message. find out the message no and change the message into an error using the transaction OVAH.

Hi Karan,

In VOV8 sales document types control check the setting for check box Incomplition Messages.

Dialog message for incompletion

Indicates whether you can save an incomplete sales document.

Use

If you mark the field and then try to save a sales document in which information is missing, the system advises you that the document is incomplete. For certain types of document (for example, rush orders and complaints), you can leave the field blank.

This will solve your problem

This setting is in the sales document, and the field 'incomplete messages'
