You have several options, depending on size of the db, tablespace layout and downtime. Additional steps might be required if you have a dualstack installation (ABAP + JAVA).
- use sapinst (r3load based), procedure is layed out in the system copy guide, this will completely recreate your database, is an offline procedure
- do tablespace reorgs with brspace, can be performed online almost completely, see notes below, useful if you have the new tablespace layout, because you probably only have to reorg the PSAPSID tablespace.
- use oracle exp / imp utililties, but only if you are a dba and used to them
I recommend using sapinst, and be sure to have a good backup before you start.
22941 is for informix dbs, does not apply here. Note 541538 holds a general reorg faq. Note 646681 explains reorgs with brspace.
