Hi

When you double click on the button, on the right hand side you get the Configure element wherein you will find the "Visibility condition",you can provide condition for visibility.

Just for info:-

1) Guard Condition: This is a condition, which is available for transitions to an input port of a data service. You can define an expression in the input field of the guard condition, when the condition is fullfilled the event passes the value into the data service. If the condition is not fullfilled the event does nothing because the data service, e.g. a BAPI, which conatins a business logic, is not called (e.g. saving a new record BAPI, so you can make sure, if the data is not valid the data won't be saved).

2) The visibilty condition of a component can be true or false. If it is true, then the component is visible in your application otherwise it isn't displayed in your application.

If you use the visibility condition you can use an effect as you know from powerpoint.
