CCM Errors

Hi,

I published the catalog and I defined everything in the call structure. When I am trying to shop through the catalog. I am getting this error.

Your session has timed out.call up catalog search engine again in SRM.

I checked the Trex connection.It is working fine.

The views and roles are fine.

I maintained my portal URL as a trusted site .

Here is what it shows in SLG1

Catalog xxxxx not found

The following exception was raised:

/CCM/CX_OBJECT_NOT_FOUND

The exception occurred at the following point:

Program /CCM/CL_CATALOG_MANAGER=======CP

Include /CCM/CL_CATALOG_MANAGER=======CM00A

Line 22

Please guide me how to solve this error.

Hi Pradeep,

Check in customizing Master Data->(Define External Web Services) that the

CATALOGID

that you define in Standard or Integrated Call Structure is exactly the same

ID

as you enter in CCM.
