Restriction in Change of Material Component

Dear All,

I required information on restriction in chaning quantity & dates of material components assigned to network activity once purchase / production process started. The scenario is like this.

Material components will be assinged to network activtity for purchase / production process. In the material component, requirment quantity & required date can also be defined by user. I need to restrict any kind changes after assigning material components & once purchase / production process started.

Please suggest me on this.

Biplab,

Have you considered the use of a validation at the time of saving?

It is possible to use user exits in validations so you can perfor the exact check you need. This way you can avoid saving the network if the component is changed.
