GTS Customs Management additional customer data R3 -> GTS

We are having trouble with getting additional data to GTS.

If you have any experience/knowledge with this please add to this msg or email john.pyers@ps.net.

I stuff structure CT_EXTENSION1 on R3 (dont know if should be doing this..get stopped by SAP when try to append to their item structure). I have code in a BAdi on GTS side (cant debug for various reasons like runs under other userid) and code see the data I stuff, but I dont know where it goes after that BAdi.

Any help will be appreciated.

Jim,

You need to implement Badi SAP Global Trade Services → SAP Customs

Management → Business Add-Ins for SAP Customs Management → Connect

External Applications to Customs Declarations and Customs Shipments → BAdI for UI Control When Connecting External Applications to Documents

to make the your custom fields appear on the GTS customs shipment/declaration.
