Oracle Analysis and performance improvement

Hi!

I have a very importand and general question regarding the DB-Analysis and performance improvement.

What is the day and the steps are necessary for the DB-Analysis and performance? (e.g. if I see some critical Swap values, etc.)

- which parameters via RZ10 should be edited in order to increase/improve DB?

- which parameters on DB-side should be edited/checked?

- which transaction code?
