Monitor communication channel in CCMS

Is it possible to monitor the communication channels in CCMS besides in RWB?

If yes, then how?

You can monitor the sender and receiver service in CCMS, but I don't think you can monitor the commuication channels. (i am open to correction!)

thanks! but what i need is to raise an alert if the communication channel is in error status.

Anyone knows whether it is possible?

This will through alerts on errors of messages rather than communcation channels - which quite frankly is the same. If the message fails, the communciation channel will error!

Hi Barry,

I think message error, in some cases, is not equal to communication error. For example, if you configure a wrong password for a JDBC sender adpater, you don't get any message (error).

maybe configuration of alerts helps in montiroing the error in CC also. I'm sure from which SP level alert traces error in AE also. Correct me if i'm wrong
