TREX HttpServer is red

Hi,

All my TREX services except for TREX HttpServer are green. Our system is AMD 64 running on Windows operating system. I already executed SAP note 1031193 but still nothing happened. Trex HttpServer is still red and and I still can't access it through the web.

I would really appreciate it if someone can help me.

I already solved that problem, are using a 64-bit platform? please refer to sap note 1031193 right after installing TREX. Thanks!
