using TMS for setup system landscape

Hello everyone,

I'd like to setup system landscape (tr SMSY_setup) by using TMS and when i'm doing schedule data transfer from TMS/SLD background job is being canceled.

i'm recieving message "The SLD server connection is inactive" and dump "UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION" there is. Why? I'm not using SLD.

Dear Denis,

Kindly refer to the note 1042815 and implement the note to resolve the

issue that you are facing.

The issue with the dump will be resolved and you should be able to use Solution Manager even if you are not using an SLD.

Hi,

What do you mean by setup SMSY using TMS?

SMSY is getting all your system information like Add-on componenes, clients, hardware details, which the TMS cannot give. Understand the need for SMSY.
