Hi to all,

I've a question on the Web Survey. Is possible manager the Attached for the my Survey? When someone compiled the Survey, it can Attached some document? If yes, what?

Hi Marco,

attachments are not possible for the supplier. Only the buyer / responsible sourcer

can add attachment in trx Prescreen Suppliers. There is an option to add attach-

ments, which the buyer can use to upload documents. For a good process just

integrate a sentence in the survey letter which contains the questionnaire, that

attachments should be sent separatly to the buyer.

Hi Marco,

Suppliers cannot send attachments with the questionnaire.

It works like this: integrate a text into the letter of the questionnaire, where you

ask that attachments should be send to the buyer's email.

The buyer receives the information and is able to manually attach documents

to the supplier record in the trx Prescreen Suppliers in the Web. Then attachments

are stored on the record level of the supplier and the decision can be made with

all the infos available.
