Got error message when transport "generation of program and screen"

Hi SAP gurus,

Seek your assistance to solve my problem.

Condition:

I want to update a table call YCAM with one new field call IND

My solutions:

1. Add new field IND then transport - <b>success</b>

2. Drop screen generator then transport - <b>success</b>

3. Regenerate again the screen then transport - <b>ended with error mention above</b>

Error log details:

<b>Screen SAPLYI03 0005: Generation Error</b>

Message No PU167.

<b>Diagnosis:</b>

Screen SAPLYI03 0005 contains a syntax error.The errortext is displayed in a log line.

<b>System response:</b>

The screen cannot be generated.

Hai surendrakumar ray,

This is the solution:

Actually the problem is due to different screen version of table YCAM between EN5-dev and EN1-prod. It is done by previous people....So, when i do an enhancement to the table and transport to EN4-(test server) the error occured because the version is not same...

What i do:

Drop the screen for previous table - YSHMT and re-do everything again.

FYI, my error message is show that there is a problem with one field of YSHMT table..that is why the screen cannot be generate..
