Solved: Upgrading from sp09 to sp 20

Hi,

I am on XI 3.0 with SP 09

Now I am upgrading from SP 09 to SP 20. I have downloaded the (ABAP and Java stack) form SAP service market place.

Could you pls guide me with any document

can you pls send me any installation Documents (for SP 20) (pre-installation and post-installation) ?

Is ther any issues I need to take care of while installing.
