Can some one helps me here with production issue.

I am not sure if this will help but can give a try.

Deregister and register Inbound and outbound queue once.

you need to increase time in ur BPM settings . I could not remember where this setting is exactly done because this was done by mybasis team when we had same problem.

Thanks for responding. Would you please do me a favour in asking your Basis team to get the modifications require parameters for me. I infact from BASIS team no clue on where to make the changes.

run the tcode SXMS_SAMON to check if any active sync calls are waiting for any response. maybe this shud help to start troubleshooting the issue

There are few in waiting status but i am clue less with those with 'Timeout' or 'wait' at Pipeline status.

there is an SAP note for SXMS_SAMON. use SXMS_SAMON as a keyword and check out if it helps
