Delete DC from SC

Hi all,

I have a SC that contains several DCs projects.

One of the DC is defective, because of that I cannot transport the SC to the production system (the activity is stuck on 'Test' stage when the state is 'Import failed').

I want to remove this DC from the SC/DTR.

How do I do that? will implementing note 864515 is enough?

can someone supply a STEP BY STEP solution to this issue?

J2EE/NWDS/JDI version is 6.19.
