Help in License installation.

Hi,

i have just installed Netweaver SR1 with following components.

-) WAS with ABAP Stack

-) Java Addin to Abap

-) EP 6.0

-) XI

Now i want to apply licence if i apply licence for EP then SAP Will give me licence for EP & J2EE engine as well, that i have installed through visual administrator. but when i login in WAS with ABAP Stack it shows me just temp licence.Is we need to get the licnece for this seprately or will need to register system 2 times with SAP so that we can get different License for WAS& EP.

Plesae advice.

Hi,

in fact, for a double stack installation (ABAP+Java), you only need to install the ABAP license; the same is valid also for the Java part and components installed on top. For more information, see SAP Note 767123.
