shipment document

after creating the delivery(VLO1N), i created shipment document with T.Co VT01n

but in that no of deliveries" 0" showing? why?

please explain those steps.

SPRO --> IMG --> Logistics Execution --> Transportation --> Shipments (Just check the relevant settings in the said node)

In VT01N, the screen is divided into upper half & lower half. List of deliveries are listed in lower half & we require to selectthe deliveries we want to combine & move the same to upper hald & then create shipment document.

but lower half screen nothing is there,only total deliveries not assigned message is there.

please explain steps what we should in VT01n.

Hi,

Check in delivery header is there any shipment block due to which the delivery will not appear in shipment. And if there is any shipment block in the delivery header remove the shipment block manually then try to create shipment it will go thru this time.

Hi,

Goto VL02n give the delivery number and use Goto menu select Header and under the header menu there is a shipment. In the Shipment Screen there is a field called as ShpmtBlRsn (nothing but Shipment Block Reason). Click on this and make it as blank.
