That is possible/support define more than one methods in the same WSDL using configuration - Integratiom Builder ? Have other possibility ?

Multiple SOAP operations in single WSDL is not allowed in web services defined by current versions of XI (3.0 or 7.0)
However, I read that in some documentation that this feature is supported in XI 7.1 which will start ramp-up from this Sep.

As praveen mentioned it is not possible now with this version. Might be possible with 7.1. Check this documentation for PI7.1:
