Identifying bug

Can anybody please explain me how to identify a bug?

which & what bug are you speaking about.

If you want to check, where the program is failing or picking wrong value, get it debugged with an Abaper.

Incase of missing configuration, do it & it should be done.

If process flaw, then train core team to ensure that process is being correctly followed.

In which t-code are you having the error / bug...

In which report are you facing probelem,,
