Dear All
It would be nice, if the moderator could make this thread as a STICKY.
This would make this thread appear on top the list.
This would also enable all the members to read, understand, follow the rules of a true professional, with good values.

Hi,
I dont think working consultants would have the time to get into such activities and would value points to a great level. I guess, it's a few who are eager to get under the SAP umbrella trying different ways to catch the attention of people around.
All of us claim this community is for knowledge sharing but we still respond to a request asking for a resume, a document with step by step procedures to be sent to the personal id, screen shots, what are the imp interview questions..etc. I dont understand what kind of knowledge sharing is happening with these postings.
People in business would have specific doubts and it can be identified with the questions that are being posted.
As pointed out by other members it is demoralizing to know such activities are taking place even in a place where each of us are learning amongest ourselves.
My intentions were not to get personal with anyone in the forum. Just thought of highlighting a few activities which i think is unncessary in a forum like this one.

Hi All,
It is really a sad thing to know that such kind of dirty games are happening on the forum.
As a SAP consultant and part this forum one should understand that this forum is for sharing your knowldge and helping the people who are in real need of help.
Unfortunately as rightly said by Sadhu that people are expecting spoon feeding to solve the simplest of issue and not ready to put their own efforts in it
Guys this is not a gaming portal where you are supposed to earn points and get noticed.
I am sure people admire those who try their best to solve other's problem.
Request you all to stop such activities and if possible restrict others to do so.
Let's us make this forum the best place to learn and enjoy SAP :)

Hi,
surely its not the way to go about. As a strong believer in the SDN i oppose these practices. It decreases the interest in genuine contributors and I had kept myself a little away seeing these things and too many step by step procedure questions looking for spoon feeding.
At a consultants level this is not expected.Let us all help maintain this forum healthy.
regards
Sadhu Kishore

I just don't understand why people indulge in this kind of behavior, I request everybody who contribute here to maintain the sanctity of this forum and keep a watchful eye on others who indulge in this kind of behavior, please keep the moderator Mr. Kling informed if they notice anything suspicious. This is the second time somebody is caught doing it this week. I hope Mr. Kling is taking note of this also as he took note of other top contributor who was involved in gaming as many as 300 points.
These people bring disrepute to all. And should be black-listed on this forum forever.
