Hello
I am working with SolMan 4.0 and with rule AC 13200137.
The message is created with the SUPPORT TEAM field empty, and a support team appears ONLY WHEN I ENTER THE MESSAGE IN "EDIT" MODE.
I would like the determination of the support team to be carried out AUTOMATICALLY UPON CREATION of the support message.
does anyone know how to do that?

unless you changed the action it should occur automatically, not after you open up the message in change mode. Please provide the details of your Support Team determination action and any action conditions you may have assigned.

I created a new action called ZSLFN0001_ADVANCEDFIND_PARTNER
it's details are:
Processing Time: Immediate Processing
Processing Times Not Permitted: No Restriction
Schedule Automatically - checked
Determination Technology: Determination Using Conditions that Can Be Transported.
Rule Type: Workflow Conditions
Action Merging: Max. 1 Unprocessed Action for Each Action Definition
Method: ZCRM_DNO_PARTNER_1 (after implement note: 1041455)
Hi Lior,
Did you copy the SAP find partner action or create yours from scratch? The default SAP action has the setting "Process when Saving", try changing yours.
If that doesn't work, I would try two things first to troubleshoot this:
Deactivate your action and activate the default SAP find partner action? Does it work?
If so, try copying the default find partner action again, and change the method to the Z version. Does this work?

Hi,
You need to do some configuration in sppfcadm transaction select the profile here then define profile and actions.
Choose the relevant one e.g dno_notif etc and then configure it according to ur need.
