License Installation Issue

I have ECC 5.0 on Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition with Oracle 9i as database with cluster. The problem is that I have successfully installed SAP License on Node A but whenever I installed the license on Node B, a temporary license of 14 days installs on Node B. Kindly help me out in resolving the issue.

Hi,

In a clustered environment, you have to have a licensekey for every node, as the hardwarekey is different.

So request a new licensekey for the other node (with the correct hardwarekey), then you should be able to install it.

If you have installed both (different) keys in your system, SAP will use the right one depending on where (node) the system is running.
