Hi guys,
I'm configuring the Service Desk Scenario in the Solution Manager 4.0.
I'm switching from SLF1 CRM transaction in SolMan 3.2 to the SLFN CRM transaction in SolMan 4.0.
My question is:
How is the Service Product Id determined when copyng the ABA notification to the SLFN transaction?
If we use SLF1, we can set the parameter ITEM_PRODUCT_ID in the action Id SLFN0001_STANDARD_DNO_CRM of the Action Profile SLFN0001_STANDARD_DNO.
The problem is that in SolMan 4.0 we have to delete this parameter in order to avoid problems (Note 1011376 - Problems when you create a message after importing SP 9)
Could you please advise?
Kind regards,
Dora
For what i remember it's hard coded in a badi.
If i'm correct there is no default product.
Try to find a badi, something like: CRM_SERVICEPROD
(sorry, can't check it at the moment)

Hi Remco,
Thanks for your answer!
In fact there's a Badi in SolMan 4.0 where we can define which is the default service product for the service ticket in the new IC WebClient UI application.
The badi is named: CRM_SERVICEPROD_BADI, but there's only one implementation which is Inactive! So I don't know whether this badi is called in SAP GUI...
Additionally, I was trying to set up the scenario first in our old SolMan3.2 system, where there's no such a Badi, so I really don't know where we can define the default service product!
Any tips?
Kind regards,
Dora
