Logon to service.sap.com

Click sap solution manager and then sap suport infrastructure....

left side you get all the install guide for all the versions

Also for configuration or technical paper you can view the the MEDIA LIBRARY SECTION

here in the technical papers you have all the how to do doc.

The guide contains all prerequisites, roles, RFC connections and the link to configure the SAP Solution Manager.

The detailed configuration steps are described in the IMG (Implementation Guide) within tthe SAP Solution Manager system. You can access the steps with transaction SPRO, SAP Reference IMG -> SAP Solution Manager IMG. At least required are the steps described under Basis Settings.
