Logic around fixed cells

Folks

We are on APO4.1 where we need to build some logic in the DP macros around Fixed attributes of cells. There is a IS_FIXED function in APO 5.0 which checks for cell values being fixed, however I could not find something equivalent in 4.1

Can someone share any experience?

I want to be able to copy one row on to another on all cells that are not fixed in DP.

Hi Srinivas,

Fixing fuctionality essetially stores the value in keyfigure for a particular cell(s) in the Fixed keyfigure (the other keyfigure that you need to assign to the main keyfigure in BW Admin Workbench). So one easy way to find out if a cell is fixed or not will be to run a macro checking if cell value Not Equal to Zero for the fixing keyfigure (this can be chosen by selecting Fixing Values as the Attribute of the keyfigure cell). If the condition is met you can generate an alert in next step of macro. Make sure this macro is run at the lowest CVC level (that is where the fixing value is saved) or at a defined aggregate level.
