Hi,

SAP scripts consists of pages,page windows,paragraph and character formats.

Script is an external document. We define pages and corresponding windows for the data.We create standard paragraph n character formats which are used in the windows.

Hi

Sap scripts are used to print invoices or delivery notes or sales orders etc. through this sap script we can show our label in the invoice and barcode also.

To create SAP SCRIPT go for se 71 t_code and enter the sap script name and then click on create button. After that by using below attributes we can create the layout.

1. Paragraphs

2. Character Settings

3. Windows

4. Pages

5. Page windows

at least one paragraph is mandatory for a script.99 main windows we can create for a single script.

HI,

Sap Script is a tool used to design a layout in SAP.. For example let us take your monthly telephone bill.. You have a preprinted format which says.. Account number, Telephone number .. Name and so on.. these things are going to be fixed for each customer... but the content against Account number, Telephone number varies.. So using Scripts you can design this preprinted format and run a program to print the data against these fields through the program..

Hi,

The standard system come with all the standard sapscripts for you to print invoices, delivery orders or sales order etc. You can further enhance the form with SAPscripts which is the standard SAP form design tools for user to developed customized form printing format such as purchase orders, invoices, checks, labels.

With the combination of third party barcode software (barcode.dll) or printer with bardimm, you can print barcode directly using SAP scripts.

To create SAPscipts goto tcode : SE71

Once your SAPscripts are created, you have to used an abap program to called the sapscripts form.
