Hi

When you use a xsd,you dont need to create a datatype msg type etc.Thats the benefit it offers.

For using it u need to

In IR

Go to your Software Component Version and open the required Namespace. Create an External Definition:

In the external definition object, choose Category xsd and click Import external definitions.

and choose your file

Thanks

Hi ramana,

>>is it possible to create a data type from XSD if we are having an XSD file .

yes, it is very much possible.

If you have XSD file with you, it can be imported under

Interface Objects -> External Objects.

You can construct your own XSD using XMLSpy Editor also. XSD acts as Message Type.

you can get more information on XSD at http://www.w3schools.com

Hope you got helpful information

You can import the xsd as an external definition. You can directly use that as ur mesasge type
