Patch Updation error

Hi,

While doing the patch updation,the power was gone.After restarting the server and logging to the SAP GUI an error message is occuring "Status 0020 of the user interface SAPMSYST missing" at the start of the SAP menu. Also it is saying that You are not authorised to use Transaction SU01 or STMS or SPAM or say not even one transaction.

Hi,

I also faced same issue while importing Basis support pack.For this you need to execute itr at OS level.

tp showbuffer <SID> pf=/usr/sap/trans/bin/TP_DOMAIN_<SID>.PFL tag=spam

(the exact path can be found also ulog if unsure of the exact path)

to execute it please remember to login with sidadm userid.

Did you the resolution of this probelm as I am getting the same problem. While Applying the SAPKB70012, I had the an issue of getting blank screen, I logged of and log again. since then , I am facing " status 0020 of the user interface sapmsyst missing". I can logon but can't execute any transaction.

Any help would be great

I'm importing SAPKB70011patch.I've done the importing at the OS level. After giving the command "tp r3i <support patch> <sid> pf=\usr\sap\trans\bin\TP_DOMAIN_ACD.PFL tag=spam -Dclientcascade=yes -Drepeatonerror=8" the below mentioned message is appearing.

"TOOLS: Highest return code of single steps was: 0

SWARNS: Highest tp internal severe warning was: 0152

tp finished with return code: 152

meaning:

Nothing done.TOOLS: Highest return code of single steps was: 0

SWARNS: Highest tp internal severe warning was: 0152

tp finished with return code: 152

Nothing done."

After getting this problem, are you able to logon into DDIC or SAP* or any other user. We are unable to logon and if you find any solution do mail back.

Hi Suresh,

Stop all tp and R3trans from operating system level .

Check the import buffer by executing the command:

tp showbuffer <SID> pf=/usr/sap/trans/bin/TP_DOMAIN_<SID>.PFL tag=spam

just check whether your import buffer is intact, you will see package SAPKB70011 in the queue (if it is not modified)

If only you see this, issue the tp command from OS for manual import.

Before issuing the tp comand make sure that you have checked the TRBAT and TRJOB tables for entries, there shouldn’t be any entries. check on transaction SE16.

If check through transaction SE16 is not possible check through database level.

I got this error too and successfully resolved it.

Hi Anamika Kumar,

I've done the process which you have mentioned earlier itself,still I'm unable to solve the problem. Though I'm able to log on to the users SAP* and DDIC in the client 000, I'm unable to access any T-codes. Even when i'm giving SPAM T-code it is displying the message that it is not an authorized t-code.

I have this same error and even cannot logon via DDIC it still gives me the error message.

Which Support package have u applied ?Import the Support Package thru OS level

tp import <support patch> <sid> pf=\usr\sap\trans\bin\TP_DOMAIN_ACD.PFL tag=spam -Dclientcascade=yes -Drepeatonerror=8

After You Import Restart the Server by stopping SAP and Oracle
