Rebate

Hello,

I have created a condition type group and assigned it to condition types.. and then the same to rebate agreement types but when i try to create an agreement it gives me an error that NUM RANGE DOESNT EXIST FOR REBATE..... when i select the other standard rebates it goes to selection of sales area (which is the normal process)

Pls t help resolve this issue

Dear Friend

Ure question say along with u have created one Rebate Agreement Type also. that also come under number range group.

1. VB(1

2. CLICK ON "GROUPS" maintain or F6

3. go to bottom of the screen "Not assigned" find ure agreement type and Dble click your agreement type then it will change font color to blue from black.

4. select check box "Standard Number range(volume based rebate)

5. Click "Element Group" or F5

6 your new agreement will transfer from "Not Assignment" section to "Standard Number Range(Volume-Based-Rebate)

7. save it

now u can do agreement and it will give u one agreement number after creation of agreement.

Please maintain number range in "VB(1" for rebate agreements.

check for the number ranges for the rebate aggrement types

sprosales and distbasic functionsbilling--rebate processing.

Using t.code VB(1 you can maintain number range for rebate agreements.
