Hi Ramesh,
I guess the question is ambiguous. What exactly are you looking for. In Supply Chain terms DC would be expanded as Distribution Center. So if you look at a Supply Chain Network you will have material flow as below:
Supplier -
> Manufacturing Plant -
> Distribution Center -
> Customer
On the other hand the demand information from the customer will flow back through DC to Manufacturing Plant.
Now a single DC can supply to multiple Customers and as such can aggregate demand from the customers. There can be On-hand stock at the DC and hence the net demand (total demand from customers - on hand stock) will be the net requirement for the manufacturing plant.
Typically in SNP module of APO the planning (supply and demand matching) at "DC level" is carried out by running an Heuristic or Optimiser.
