Hi all,
is there a facilityto lock all users of a system due to maintenance work?
The reason for the request is as follows:
Although our concerned users get an information that they shouldn't log on to a specific sap-system, sometimes, it happens, that while administration jobs, some users try regardless to log on to the system.
Thanks & Best Regards,
Petra
To lock all users with one click use transaction
EWZ5
With that transaction you can lock all users but some adminitrator users and unlock all those, that have been logged through that transaction. Users, that have been locked before through other methods (administrator locking) will not be affected.
